This huge 46cm reversible griddle is superb for preparing lower fat griddled food for the whole family.
The Le Creuset Griddle is reversible : on one side it is flat, and is ideal for frying food, on the other it is ribbed to provide that great griddle action.
It's all you need for searing meat, steaks, chops and sausages or for grilling vegatables, onions and fruits. Frying eggs and bacon is a piece of cake on the flat grill side.
The Le Creuset Griddle is suitable for all types of hobs, from halogen and oil through to ceramic, gas and wood.
Heat is spread more evenly, and retains heat for longer. Each griddle has a triple layered non stick coating and curved handles to make moving them safe and easy.
